E-Clean is a lightweight smartphone application which has been designed to synchronise, capture and store only essential information.
Each signed off job will use less than 0.1MB of data unless an optional photograph is taken, in which case the amount of data used per transmitted job is roughly 2MB dependant on the quality of the smartphone camera.
A data allowance from your mobile phone provider or a WiFi connection is required to synchronise the weekly schedule and to transmit completed work sign offs..
The smartphone application will work to sign jobs off when there is no data connection although the electronic sign off will only synchronise with the back office portal when the application on the handset is open with a data connection established.
No, all sub-contracted work does not reduce the client and loctation allowance associated with your licence.
There is no additional cost in completing sub-contracted work.
Should you reach capacity with either the allowance of clients or jobs available per licence, additional allowances can be purchased at £5 per month for 50 clients/locations.
Should you reach capacity with either the allowance of clients or jobs available per licence, additional allowances can be purchased at £10 per month for 50 clients/locations.
